Fitness vision board template

Fitness boards usually collect bodies. That is the one thing you do not control directly, so the board ends up as a mirror that makes you feel behind. This template collects behaviours instead. The twelve tiles cover strength, endurance, mobility, sleep, food, water and the boring logistics that decide whether a workout happens at all: the bag by the door, the class booked, the shoes that do not hurt. Every next action is something you can complete today without motivation. Put the board on your lock screen so the tile you see at 6:40am is the one that says put on the shoes, not the one that says lose ten kilos.

Suggested style: Sage

Sage feels like outdoors and recovery. It stops a fitness board from turning into a before-and-after poster. Six presets are available in the maker; pick another if this one does not match your photos.
