Privacy policy

Last updated 9 September 2026. Applies to the Vision Board: Future You iPhone app and the website getvisionboard.com, both operated by Agentmatik.

The short version

Your boards, photos, captions and next actions are stored on your iPhone. The app has no account, no login and no server that stores your content. We do not run advertising or analytics SDKs in the app. The only data that leaves your device is what Apple needs to process a purchase, and, if you choose it in a future version, the photos you explicitly consent to send for AI scene generation.

What the app stores on your device

• Boards, tiles, images you add, captions, next actions, streak history and your settings. All of it lives in the app's private storage on your iPhone and in your device backup if you have backups enabled.
• Photos are added through Apple's photo picker, which only gives the app the specific photos you select, never your whole library.
• Notifications for your daily next action are scheduled locally on the device. No notification content is sent to us.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. To validate your purchase status the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service, which receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and the purchase receipt from Apple. This identifier is not linked to your name or email. RevenueCat's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

Future You AI scenes (planned, version 1.1)

A future version will offer AI-generated scenes of you in your goals. This feature is optional and off by default. Before any photo leaves your device the app will show a separate consent screen that names the generation provider, states how long your photos are kept, and asks for your explicit agreement. Photos you send are used only to generate your scenes, are never used to train models or for advertising, and are deleted from our systems after your scenes are delivered, at the latest within 7 days. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing stops any further upload and triggers deletion of anything still stored.

What we do not do

• No tracking across apps or websites, and no request for App Tracking Transparency permission, because there is nothing to track.
• No advertising, no selling or sharing of personal data, no data brokers.
• No third-party analytics in the app. If we ever add crash reporting it will be Apple's own opt-in crash reports, which you control in iOS Settings.

This website

getvisionboard.com is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and performance; we do not add analytics scripts or cookies. The free maker runs entirely in your browser and saves your board in your browser's local storage only; nothing you put in it is sent to us. If you join the email waitlist we store your email address, the time and the page language so we can send you the launch email; reply to any email to be removed.

Deleting your data

Because your content is on your device, deleting the app deletes all of it. Inside the app, Settings offers Delete all data, which wipes every board, photo and streak immediately. Full instructions, including how to ask us to delete waitlist emails or any AI-scene photos, are on the delete your data page.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Because no data is collected, there is nothing to remove, but if you believe a child has sent us anything through email or the waitlist, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU, the UK, Brazil and California) you have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold, and to complain to your data protection authority. For the app there is nothing to export beyond what is already on your phone. For the waitlist or any AI-scene photos, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
