Who we are

Vision Board: Future You (the app) and getvisionboard.com (the site) are made by Agentmatik. By installing the app or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

What you get

The app is a goal visualization tool: you build boards of images with captions and next actions, export them as wallpapers and images, show them in widgets and track streaks. The free web maker on the site offers a subset of this in the browser. We work on the app continuously and features may change, be added or be removed between versions; we will not remove a feature you paid for without a comparable replacement.

Subscription, trial and lifetime purchase

• The annual subscription costs USD 24.99 per year and starts with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Apple charges the annual price and renews it every year until you cancel.
• The lifetime purchase costs USD 39.99 once and unlocks the core app for as long as it is available on the App Store.
• Future You AI scenes, when released, are sold as separate consumable credits. Credits are used when a generation is delivered and are not refunded for scenes you do not like, though we will regenerate a scene once on request if the face is visibly wrong.
• Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store and may differ from the USD prices above.

Cancelling and refunds

All purchases are made through Apple. Cancel a subscription in iOS Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. Refunds are decided by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly, but we will help you with the request if you email support.

Your content

Everything you put in the app stays yours. Because content is stored on your device we do not have access to it and do not claim any licence to it. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you add, including images downloaded from the web. Exports from the free web maker carry a small getvisionboard.com mark.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app or the site to generate, store or distribute unlawful content, content that depicts other people without their permission, or content intended to harass. Do not attempt to circumvent purchases, reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or overload the site.

No professional advice

The app helps you visualise and plan goals. It is not medical, financial, legal or psychological advice. The research we cite is summarised in good faith; read the original studies before relying on them.

Warranty and liability

The app and site are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights in your country.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app or on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules where you live. Contact: support@agentmatik.ai.
